• 1 tub of frosting
• Candy decorations such as red hot or conversation hearts,
chocolate chips and kisses, M & M's candies, red licorice
• Baking sheet
• Butter or non-stick spray

Food-n-Faith Activity

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease a baking sheet with butter or non-stick spray.

3. Use the entire roll of refrigerator cookie dough to form a large heart on the baking sheet. The cookie should be a uniform quarter inch thick.

4. Bake the cookie at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until your cookie is golden brown. Allow the cookie to cool.

5. As your cookie is cooling, decide how you will decorate it. Each family member could take a section or have fun doing an overall design together.

6. Decorate your cookie with candy decorations.

7. Enjoy eating your cookie valentine to each other as you read the following together:

"So love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and strength." Deuteronomy 6:5

Say, "We love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, and strength!"
