• 1 can of commercial cheese sauce
• 1 cup salsa
• Tortilla chips
• Paper "boats" (available at paper goods/party
stores) or bowls
• Bamboo skewers or straws
•White paper
How to Make
1. Heat the cheese sauce until it's warm (but not hot).
2. Pour the cheese sauce in a paper boat (Like those at some
fast-food restaurants). A bowl can also be used.
3. Pop in a sail made from a bamboo skewer or straw and a square of
construction paper, and you're ready to sail!
4. Serve the sauce and a large bowl of tortilla chips to each group
seated on beach towels. Dip and crunch to your heart's content. Make
some noise.
