Fruit Salad

2 20 oz. cans pineapple chunks

1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup maraschino cherries, drained

3 large bananas, sliced

1 cup chopped pecans

1 3 3/4 oz package vanilla instant pudding

Drain pineapple, save 1 cup of the juice. Combine pineapple and other fruit and pecans. Combine pudding and pineapple juice. Beat at high speed for 1 minute. Pour over fruit and pecans and toss gently. Serves 12. Be sure all fruit is well drained before combining.
