Egg and Sausage Casserole (My mom's)

12 eggs

4 cups milk

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons dry mustard

4 slices slightly dry bread with crusts, cut or torn in small pieces

2 pounds sausage cooked, cooled, and crumbled

2 cups grated yellow cheese

Beat the eggs and milk together with a fork in a large bowl.  Add the salt and mustard to the cheese.  Add the cheese mixture to the egg mixture.  Stir in bread and sausage.  Put in refrigerator overnight.  Cook in a 9X13 inch pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.  Serve hot.
