How to make

1. Bake cupcakes ahead of time according to package directions.

2. Tint the frosting a light blue by mixing in the food coloring a drop at a time until reaching the desired color.

3. Cut each marshmallow into three or four ¼ inch slices with a kitchen shears.

4. Frost cupcakes (helping younger children if necessary) with the blue-tinted icing. Give each family member three slices of marshmallow and a white baking chip. Place one marshmallow piece vertically down the center of the cupcake to form the dove’s body. Arrange the two remaining marshmallow pieces as wings and place the chip as the head of the dove.
